Stepping: is a form of percussive dance in which the entire body is used as an instrument to make rhythms and sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps.
West African: Various dances from the African Diaspora. A dance that utilizes the entire body to tell a story or display an emotion and dependent on a relationship and great communication with the drummer.
Primal Release Dance: A multi-genre class that explores dance through the mind, body and soul of it, to help relieve stress, free ones self consciousness to explore their emotions through dance as a healing and growing medium to expand self imposed limitations.
Primal Release Drum: A free drum class that explores drumming through the soul of it, to help relieve stress, free ones self consciousness to explore their instrument as a bonding, healing and growing medium to expand self imposed limitations and connect.
Ballroom Basics: Master the basic steps of Swing, Foxtrot, Salsa, Samba, Rumba, Tango, Cha Cha, Waltz
Tumbling: Falling skillfully into beginning gymnastics moves such as somersaults, backbends, rolls, handsprings, cartwheels etc.
Belly Dance: EVERYONE knows what this is...you can have it traditional or with an urban twist
